Laptop Arrived!

My new shiny laptop arrived! It's HUGE - 18.4" 1080p Infinity view screen HP HDX18T. Oddly enough, I think it even weighs less than my old 17" laptop.

I got it with the 2.8 GHz Core 2 Duo, 4 GB of DDR3 ram, 1 GB Nvidia graphics card (that can be extended by using system ram), Blu-ray/DVD burner, HDTV tuner built in, built in web cam and microphone, and Vista 64 bit. I've put my other drive, a 10,000 RPM 160 GB drive into the second hard drive bay inside the laptop.

It is a great laptop so far, still working on installing everything back from my old one. The logo on the back of the monitor glows; that's kind of cool (and can be turned off if I need to). It also came with two remotes, a small one that fits inside (much like my old laptop) and a large one for watching TV from a distance. It's got all the ports you could imagine plus HDMI out and dual headphone out.
